Junior Technical Support Engineer

Join our Cloud Biz Solutions IT team as a Junior Technical Support Engineer, where you’ll be crucial in providing first-level technical support and setting the standard for client service excellence.

In this role, you will:

  • Providing prompt and effective Level 1 support to address our clients’ IT needs, ensuring their issues are resolved with professionalism and empathy.
  • Troubleshooting and solving technical problems, utilizing our ticketing system for managing inquiries and tracking solutions.
  • Assisting in the deployment of software and hardware solutions, demonstrating our commitment to technological leadership.
  • Engaging with clients through various channels to offer a seamless service experience, and when necessary, providing onsite support to address their needs directly.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions to support our collective knowledge base and enhance service quality.
  • Local travel to client sites as required, offering hands-on support and fostering strong client relationships. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are essential for this role.
